Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on used or opened items. However, if your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we will gladly exchange it or issue a refund.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund or replacement, please contact our customer support at support@femenit.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@femenit.com.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
